Helpful Responses To Angry Customers Stored In Google Sheets

Email, phone, and live chat templates for responding to angry customers

How to Use

Use the Quick Bar to pull up a list of message templates you define and categorize in a Google Sheet. You can add, modify, and delete templates in the Google Sheet, which is dynamically reflected in the PixieBrix sidebar.

Google Sheet: You will need a Google Sheet with some templates to start. You must follow the format below, with the word "Type" in column A and the actual "Text" in column B. Make sure the tab is named Templates by Category.

Here's an Example Google Sheet with the correct format

Quick Bar: You must set up the Quick Bar if you have not done so. To do this, follow the Quick Bar setup documentation.
