Email, phone, and live chat templates for responding to angry customers
How to Use
Use the Quick Bar to pull up a list of message templates you define and categorize in an Airtable. You can add, modify, and delete templates in the Airtable, which is dynamically reflected in the PixieBrix sidebar.
Airtable Base: You will need an Airtable with some templates to start. You must follow the format below, with the word "Type" in column A and the actual "Text" in column B.
Here's an Example Airtable with the correct format
Quick Bar: You must set up the Quick Bar if you have not done so. To do this, follow the Quick Bar setup documentation.
Airtable Integration in PixieBrix: Follow our docs to set up an Airtable integration in PixieBrix.
