How to Use
This mod takes a response you might give to a customer and uses AI to check for nicer ways of saying something. It's great for improving friendliness ratings for your support teams!
- Make sure you have a PixieBrix account! (It's free.)
- Set up an Open AI integration with PixieBrix. Follow these docs for more details.
Activate the Mod
Activate this mod. If you're not logged into PixieBrix, or you have not previously created a PixieBrix account, you'll be prompted to do so before continuing the activation flow for this mod.
Once logged in, use the PixieBrix Extension Console select the Open AI integration you configured, or create one if you haven't already.
Finish activating this mod by clicking "Activate" in the Extension Console
Try it Out
Go to any place you might create a reply to a customer, such as ZenDesk, or Twitter. Draft a response, highlight the text, and click Make Reply Nicer
Voila 🎉 PixieBrix returns a few options for nicer ways of saying your message in the Sidebar. Click the copy button to copy a response and paste it anywhere you'd like.
This is just the beginning! Once you activate your mod, the possibilities are endless. With PixieBrix, you can customize any mod to meet your needs or even build something entirely new.
