How to Use
This brick allows you to perform a search on LinkedIn given a keyword and a type.
This keyword can be either a person’s name, a company, a group name, an event or a more generic keyword.
The type is the category of results you’re looking to retrieve - useful to narrow down what you’re looking for.
After executing this brick, the results will be opened in a new tab of your browser.
Use Cases
- Search a person on LinkedIn given their name: You can highlight a name on any page and then using the context menu extension trigger the search in the new tab
- Search a company on LinkedIn: similar workflow as searching for a person but instead to quickly get a result for a specific company
- Search anything on LinkedIn: because you can pass any input to this search brick you can search for topics, events, or any keyword
