How to Use
Use ChatGPT to summarize all of the emails in a Zendesk case.
- Quick Bar toggle keyboard shortcut configured. Do this from your Chrome Extension settings
Activate the Mod
Activate this mod. If you aren't logged into PixieBrix or need to create an account, you'll be prompted to do so before continuing the activation flow for this mod.
Our Built-in Open-AI configuration is set by default, so there's nothing to configure.
(Feel free to configure and add your own if you'd prefer, though.)
Click the purple Activate button.
Try it Out
Go to a ticket to a Zendesk ticket, and use the keyboard shortcut you configured at launch to open the Quick Bar. Choose "Summarize Case Status."
The PixieBrix sidebar will expand with a summary of each message generated using ChatGPT
