How to Use

Use ChatGPT to detect intent and categorize tickets. The prompt in this mod is written specifically for shipping issues, but it can be adjusted to apply more broadly. For a given ticket category, you can also use PixieBrix to guide next best actions.

  1. Activate this mod. If you aren't logged into PixieBrix or need to create an account, you'll be prompted to do so before continuing the activation flow for this mod.

  2. Our Built-in Open-AI configuration is set by default, so there's nothing to configure.

  3. Click the purple Activate button.

Try it Out

  1. Go to a ticket in Zendesk, ideally about a shipping issue. Highlight the text you would like to classify, right-click, and select "🚚 AI Assist: Detect Intent." PixieBrix sends the text you highlighted to the ChatGPT API.

  2. The PixieBrix sidebar will expand. If ChatGPT detects that the issue is about a broken product, lost shipment, or wrong item, the appropriate item will be highlighted yellow.

  3. You can also click "Broken Product" to get a sense of how you can use PixieBrix to guide next best actions.
