Try it Out

Messages

  1. Head to LinkedIn.
  2. Go to your messages and notice the purple button at the bottom. Click it!

  3. A sidebar appears with templated messages, and automatically drafts the first one in your message box. You can change it by selecting another one.

Greetings/Connections

  1. Now search for a profile and find someone you haven't connected with. Feel free to use me!. Click the Connect button to start the connection request. Select Add Note and then choose the My Templates button that appears.

  2. Clicking My Templates opens a similar sidebar panel and shows you templated connection message options. You'll also see the option to generate a connection request message with AI! Click it to ask ChatGPT to create a custom connection message.

Comments

  1. From your LinkedIn Home feed, right click in comment field below a post to open the Context Menu. Click the **✨ My Templates ** action.

  2. Your first comment template will be applied, but you can select another template from the sidebar panel that appears.

Customize the templates

Open the Google Sheet you created in the PreReqs. Change out the text in Column B with any text you'd like for either Greetings or Messages, respectively.

If you'd like to add more options, simply add another row and update Column A with either Greeting or Message, then add your text in Column B.
