How to Use

Get a citation for the current page in BibTex format.

Activate the Mod

  1. Activate this mod. If you aren't logged into PixieBrix or need to create an account, you'll be prompted to do so before continuing the activation flow for this mod.

  2. Our Built-in Open-AI configuration is set by default, so there's nothing to configure.

    (Feel free to configure and add your own if you'd prefer, though.)

  3. Click the purple Activate button.

  4. Configure the keyboard shortcut for toggling your PixieBrix Quick Bar.

Try it Out

  1. Head to any article you might want to cite. Feel free to use this one. Open the PixieBrix Quick Bar menu, and select the BibText Citation with OpenAI action.

  2. An alert lets you know the citation is being prepared, and a modal appears with the citation and a button for you to copy.
