Using Gen AI to generate response to customer queries in Salesforce - AI Hackathon

Use this mod to generate an answer to customer queries in Salesforce!

To Activate

• No configuration needed! Click "Activate" and you'll be ready to go. By default, PixieBrix will use our built-in OpenAI integration. But if you'd like to use your own, you can configure a custom OpenAI integration.

You will need to open the Page Editor and change the Sites configuration options to point to your Salesforce URL. To do this, open the Page Editor by right-clicking on any page and choosing Inspect, then choose the PixieBrix tab. Go to the mod in the left side panel, and choose the first brick inside each mod underneath, then change the Sites to reflect your Salesforce URL.

How It Works

1. PixieBrix extracts data from the Salesforce page to read the customer question.
2. ChatGPT makes a summary and generates Gen AI response to the customer queries and prepares a resolution.
3. Answer is displayed in sidebar panel form for further operations.
