Search Twitter in the sidebar, autopopulating the search on specific websites

Overview

Activate this to display Twitter activity for any Twitter user in the sidebar. If you're looking at a Product Hunt profile, PixieBrix automatically detects the Twitter username, or you can manually input a search term while browsing any web page.

Activate the Blueprint

  1. Activate this . If you're not logged into PixieBrix or you have not previously created a PixieBrix account, you'll be prompted to do so before continuing the activation flow for this .

  2. Once you are logged in, use the PixieBrix Extension Console to configure the Twitter integration. This requires you to input your Twitter bearer token

  3. Finish activating this by clicking "Activate"

Try it Out

  1. Browse Product Hunt for an interesting profile. (Here’s a popular one!)

  2. Toggle the PixieBrix sidebar to display Twitter activity (tweets and mentions) for the Twitter user associated with the Product Hunt profile you're viewing.

  3. If PixieBrix doesn't automatically detect a Twitter handle, you can manually input one in the Sidebar's "search" field.
